2. Products & pricing
- We try to show product photos, descriptions and prices as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour or packaging may occur.
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and offers may change without notice.
- If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and will inform you.
3. Orders
- When you place an order you must give a correct name, phone number and complete address.
- We may call or message you to confirm your order. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.
- We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of fake details, stock issues or suspected misuse.
4. Payment
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Please keep the exact amount ready and pay the rider when you receive your parcel. Refusing a confirmed COD parcel without a valid reason may lead to future orders being blocked.
5. Delivery
Delivery details are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may change due to courier delays, weather or public holidays.

7. Bundle offers & discounts
Bundle discounts (Buy 2 / Buy 3) and other offers apply automatically at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated. We may change or end any offer at any time.

You agree not to misuse this website, place fake orders, or copy our content, images or designs without permission.
9. Liability
Products must be used according to their instructions. To the extent allowed by law, TRENDZO is not responsible for damage caused by misuse of a product. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
